Split the Ticket - Unreadable

Newcastle indie band Split the Ticket are quickly making a name for themselves, with a debut EP already under their belt, and a strong social following. Their recent gig, which sold out in just two days, proves the strength of the loyal fanbase they’ve built since their debut. Their latest single, Unreadable, marks a shift and growth in their sound. Lyrically, the song explores themes of confusion, frustration, and love, focusing on the emotional chaos of dealing with mixed signals and uncertain feelings. Musically, the single explores heavier sounds than the band's prior releases. As the band explains, Unreadable is the first to capture their new direction and is the lead single from their upcoming EP Cornerstone, due to be released in April. With their evolving sound and upcoming EP, Split the Ticket are definitely a band to watch as they continue to make their mark on the scene.
