Get Karter!
This four-piece Australian/British band are one of the most electrifying live acts you’ll find anywhere, and their rock and roll credentials are not in doubt. They’re no slouches on vinyl either and their second album ‘Love Made Me Do It’ (released this January) took all that was good about their debut (2020’s ‘Missing Person’) and ramped things up another notch. It’s a release that really bigs up the band’s melodic rock chops – rock chops full of rhythm and groove – but it also shows off Kelsey Karter’s stunning vocal and her penchant for huge, anthemic tunes that are not afraid to embrace the band’s undoubted theatrical side. Chuck in plenty of glam and punky elements and you’ve got a feisty bunch of show-offs who absolutely live to entertain.
