Crash landing just in time for halloween, MXYM is back with their latest spooky season delight “Starfire”. The new single Starfire is a Doo-Wap infused ethereal love song to the alien of your dreams. Taking their art rock sensibility into new territories with shining guitars and a liberal use of theremin, Starfire takes you on a journey through space that deals with long distance relationships along with the fear an uncertainty of the queer experience.

Along with the new single starfire, MXYM will also be embarking on their biggest visual project, an accompanying long form music video, a 1950’s Science Fiction monster movie throw back (inspired by the likes of "It Came From Outer Space", "Creature From The Black Lagoon", and "Forbidden Planet”) complete with UFOs, a High School Dance and of course a dazzling creature from another planet. The perfect halloween viewing along with a new song for everyones halloween parties.
