This London indie-rock band have been around for 15 or so years now, but they still sound bursting with ideas on this, their sixth album. They know exactly when to wheel out those huge, anthemic riffs, but they’re also keen to push their electro-pop melodies, their proggy inventiveness, and their funk-dunked grooves. It’s all bound together by a wide-screen aesthetic – which is something they’ve always been able to call upon. GM
