However, ‘EVERY LOSER’ is yet another spot-on album. Refusing to stick to a crowd-pleasing schtick, the 11-track LP sprawls across an experimental range of genres, from punk, to funk, to synth, to jangly rock. Iggy’s wit is sharper than ever, with his trademark humor coursing through his quirky lyrics. It’s an album with the relentless energy we can only expect from a man who is still rocking his way around the stage shirtless at the ripe age of 75. LT
