These Cardiff retro-revisionists have plunged head first into psychedelic-rock-pop on their new album, which was produced and mixed by Tom Rees of Buzzard Buzzard Buzzard. It’s full of snappy riffs and bags of fuzzy rock and roll that stands or falls on the quality of the melodies, and, thankfully, they’ve got those in spades. Fans of The Stones and 1970s John Lennon won’t find too much to get upset about here. GM
