The debut album from this London-based multidiscipline artist sees her really spreading her wings. She’d previously wowed with her bedroom-pop EPs, but here she’s conjured up a suite of songs that feel more expansive while still retaining that sense of intimacy that made her so special. It all comes from the leftfield, but is underpinned by her melodic know-how and some fantastically inventive arrangements. (Note: You can see her at Sage Gateshead on 6 December.) DP
