As the title of this debut album kind of hints at, this release collects together most of The Hemp Queens’ output including EPs and singles. The Newcastle collective manage to be many things at once as they exude a carefree, flippant air, while also hitting listeners up with startlingly good tunes that take in everything from indie-art-pop to calypso to Sleaford Mods-like raps. They’re also sonically very inventive and the girl/boy vocals are another boon. Super! DP
